Ship or Shred is a full day with up to 12 early stage founders. There are no presentations, no panels, no sticky notes and no devices.
Everyone in the room participates in everything.
If you are in the room, you are in the work.
First session end of March 2026. Limited to 12 founders.
Join the waitlist to secure your spot.

You will say things out loud that you have been avoiding. You will be asked hard questions and expected to answer honestly and watch other founders do the same.
The sessions are designed so you never have to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. Some exercises are private by design. You choose what stays with you and what you bring to the room.
We will push on the polished answers. If something sounds rehearsed, we will keep going until it doesn't.
By the end of the day you will know exactly what you need to deal with.
You leave with the truth you have been avoiding, clarity on what actually matters, a version of your story that survived the room and something you wrote down that you cannot unsee.
You will not leave with a plan but you will leave knowing exactly what you need to do next.
Who is it for
Early stage founders who suspect something is off but haven't said it out loud yet. If you are looking for validation or you need your idea to sound good, this is not for you.
